Discharged And Acquitted, No Appeal
“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” Roman 8:2
We need understanding, because knowledge without understanding leads to frustration. Understanding is comprehension or application of knowledge. How you interpret knowledge will determine your application of it, but if you interpret it wrongly and feel unconcerned, you will never reap the benefits. So, we need to know that understanding is very key in our relationship with God. We were in bondage under the devil because of the sin of the first Adam, that was our root but I am glad that the second Adam came and dealt a deadly blow on the devil.
So now you can declare that God loves you; He loves you in spite of your mess. So anywhere the devil is holding you, you have been discharged, acquitted with no appeal. That is why you can sing. You are not wondering whether it will change, you know that it will because the full price has been paid. Are you suffering or comfortless? God said I will rebuild you with precious stones, I will reset your foundation with sapphire, I will rebuild your towers with rubies, your gates with sparkling stones and all your walls with precious stones. All your children will be taught of the Lord and they will have unlimited peace. So those of you wondering how your children will turn out, if you have raised them in the church, don’t worry they will turn out right.
The devil is very good at bringing your past to you and wants to cower you, but when he reminds you of your past, remind him of his future. Never forget that your past has been washed clean by the blood of Jesus, but his future is certain in the lake of fire. Don’t let any form of guilt hold you down. You have been discharged and acquitted by the highest court possible. The price for your sin has been paid and nothing and no one can bring it up again. Go into your world today confident that there is no charge against you because the full price has been paid.
