IT IS THE VALLEY OF BLESSING 1

It Is The Valley Of Blessings 1

For when they went up unto the valley of Eshcol, and saw the land, they discouraged the heart of the children of Israel, that they should not go into the land which the LORD had given them. Numbers 32:9

The Bible tells us about different valleys of life. It was in the valley of Eshcol that the spies were sent to spy the promise land but they brought an evil report. In Deuteronomy 34:5-6 the Bible tells us that it was in the valley that Moses was buried, in the land of Moab according to the word of God. In Joshua 7, when Joshua was leading the children of Israel to the promise land, it was in the valley of Achor that the story of Achan and his family ended. He disobeyed God and took the accursed thing in Jericho which made a little town, Ai, defeat Gods people. When Joshua cried to God, God told him, get up and clean the house, the accursed thing is in your midst. The moment that was dealt with, the Children of Israel were again on their way to victory.

There are several things that the Bible tells us about valley. 1Kings 20:28, here God told King Ahab that he should attack Syria and that he was going to deliver Syria into his hands and God fulfilled his promise, even though Syria came with a mighty army to overwhelm Gods people. It is not about how many army that come against you, if God be for you who can be against you? The Syrians came against Gods people and they were killed and they said you know what? I guess the God of the Hebrews is only good on the mountain, he doesnt know how to fight in the valley and God heard it and said that I have heard what they said. God said dont worry, they are going to come again and when they came, God killed over a hundred thousand of them on the spot and they came to realize that the God of the mountain is the same God of the valley.

No matter the valley you are in at this moment, child of God, victory is sure. So rejoice.
