There Is Power In Fellowship
A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another, as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. John 13:34 KJV
There is so much mystery in fellowship that the believer has not been able to understand. The bible says As iron sharpeneth iron, so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend (Proverbs 27:17). One of the strategies of the devil is to isolate you and kill you. Therefore, when you are told to get involved, it is because that is where your strength comes from. There are certain mysteries of the kingdom that you can never get on your own. It does not matter how much you read the Bible, there are revelations that you can never catch until someone else shows you.
I have a friend who has an unusual insight in eschatology. He knows how to put together certain aspects of the scriptures that I dont understand. He is so skilled at handling the scriptures. He moves from scriptures to current affairs to history and by the time he is through you are completely fired up and saying devil where are you? But if I dont fellowship with him, I wont know the truth he knows. Beloved, God brought us together from different tribes, tongues and nations for a purpose, so that we can fellowship together and see different aspects of God.
Our God is a God of varieties. The church of Jesus Christ is one Body. Galatians 3:28 says There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. So you see, God brought us together so that there will be a balance. There is a blessing that your brother is giving you. And dont you ever expect that all of us will grow the same way. God knows you need patience; that person that seems to be a thorn in your flesh, is there to help you, so you can develop patience. Let us stand together, Let us fellowship with one another. I bless you today.
