See what I have made you November 11 Tuesday

“And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh …” Exodus 7:1 (KJV)

Often times the inability of the believer to understand who he/she is in Christ has intimidated the believer to a point of limitation. Satan has over the years cashed in on the believer’s identity crisis. Look at the book of Genesis chapter 3, what the devil attacked was their identity – You will be like God. He also attacked the identity of Jesus in Matt. 4:3 “If thou be the Son of God …” but the difference between Jesus and Adam and Eve was that Jesus knew who He was and did not need any one to validate Him, even the devil.

Child of God, the moment you gave your life to Christ, you may not have looked different on the outside, but something significant happened on the inside of you. The moment you received Him, He gave you power to become the son of God (John 1:12). You are not going to become, you immediately become. God said to Moses: “See I have made you a god to Pharaoh”. Why did God say this to Moses? He knew that Pharaoh was not going to give up easily. He knew that Pharaoh will challenge the authority of Moses and if Moses did not have a clear word of who He was, he will chicken out in fear.

Child of God, you are the righteousness of God in Christ. You are His authorized agent here on earth. You have been equipped with all that it takes to reign here on earth. Don’t let the devil confuse you, you have God’s mandate to reign. I challenge you therefore to go into the world and be all that God has ordained you to be. No matter the Pharaoh confronting you today, you are a god and you have the power to put him under your feet. Don’t let the devil intimidate you because all power in heaven and on earth has been given to you and whatever you allow here on earth will be allowed in heaven and whatever you disallow here on earth will be disallowed in heaven. So the ball is in your court; what will you allow in your life?
