GOD IS FAITHFUL November 29 Saturday

“The Lord took note of Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had promised.” Genesis 21:1(NASV)

When God gives a word to His people, He is not pulling punches. He means exactly what He said. Understand that when God makes a commitment, He means it and it is final. When He says it, it is to tell you what He has already finished. He is not going back on what He said, for He is not man to lie.

The scripture above is vitally important, because when God made a promise to Abraham, it didn’t look like anything was going to happen, because he and Sarah were both very old. Not only did what God said blow their mind, God went as far as confirming it with an oath. In other words, God was saying, ”I am bound to perform for you all I have said because of covenant”.

Do you know that you are a covenant person? It doesn’t matter for how long that contrary situation or circumstance has tarried, I prophesy that you are coming out of it. The NASV translation of Jeremiah 32:27 says ” Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for me?

However, God’s promises will not fall on you like a bag of cherries; because like I would always say, any prophecy that makes God completely responsible for the fulfilment is an irresponsible prophecy. There is a God part and there is your part. Hebrews 11:11 says that ”By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who has promised”. Sarah was saying, I may not understand exactly how He is going to do it, but I will begin to buy baby things because the son of promise is on the way.

My question is, do you have enough faith in this God? If you must see the manifestation of your miracle, then you must learn to stand in faith, for without faith, it is impossible to please God. Begin to put legs to every word of promise and prophecy that you have received. In other words, see it as already settled. I declare that covenant will speak for you and you will attain to every height that God has ordained for you.
