“Blessed be the God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”

Before you did any right or wrong, God had already moved on your behalf. In Christ, God has already blessed us. It is not about you. He has moved on your behalf on the cross of Calvary. That is why you are entitled to a blessing. It is not because you did right. It is because of Christ. You are entitled to blessings because God has already moved-not because of what you have done.

So what is your assignment? Say: “Thank you Jesus. Thank you for what you have done in my life. I believe and I receive. Thank you for my salvation. Thank you for delivering me. Thank you for healing me. Thank you for setting me free.”This is your part. The fact that you have not yet seen the manifestation does not mean it has not been done. The task has already been done! The scripture says in Titus 2:11, “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men” (KJV). But not all men have received it. Therefore, the question is not whether the task has been done, but whether you are receiving what has already been done for you in Christ.

Paul the Apostle, who was a specialist in law, declares in 1Corinthians 15:10, “But by the grace of God I am what I am [. . .]” (KJV).In essence, Paul was saying: “I always remember His goodness on my behalf. I was a murderer. I was there when Stephen was killed. Yet His grace reached out to me on my way to Damascus. And from that day, I counted everything in my life as dung for the Excellency of the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I do not go about flaunting my works any longer. I lean on the righteousness of Christ.” That is what Paul was saying.

Like Paul the Apostle, we all need to stop depending on our works and instead lean on the grace of God. Lean on grace and let God perfect it. Let Him be God. Don’t get in the way. Take your hands off the steering wheel. Don’t try to help God. That is why He said we should receive the Kingdom like a child. A child believes whatever you tell him, asking no questions. In the same way, God wants you to believe Him without any doubt. He has called you righteous, so simply walk in the newness of your righteousness. When the devil reminds you of the sin, remind him of the finished work of Calvary. Jesus will not die again; He paid the price once and for all just for you. Child of God, the task has been completed.
