THERE SHALL BE DIVINE HAPPENINGS 2

THERE SHALL BE DIVINE HAPPENINGS (2)
Friday, 27 March 2015

“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.” Matthew 5:14 (KJV)

As I said earlier, there will be divine happenings this year. God is going to arrange some things on your behalf. The word “happen” also means “to appear, to arise, to become a fact, to be found, to be brought into, to come into being, to come about, to come into existence, to prop up, to develop, to materialize, to result in, to spring out of, to stumble upon, or to turn out”. So, what I’m assuring you is that you should not expect the worst for yourself. Expect that the best will happen for you. You must have that expectation. There must be a confident expectation that irrespective of what is happening around you, somehow God will bring you out. You may not fully understand your situation. You may not know how or when He will do it, but you have to settle it in your mind that your God will bring you out.

When God created the heavens and the earth, He spoke to create them. You already know that the devil messed everything up. But in order to redeem us, He paid a great price. He shed the precious blood of His only begotten son to redeem it. He paid that price to redeem you and me. So you are not cheap but expensive. You are not ordinary but extraordinary. You are not common but special. That is why 1 Peter 2:9 says, “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” (KJV). Beloved, you are too expensive for God to allow the devil to toy with. He may have scored against you in the past but this year it’s your turn to laugh.

God is at work on your behalf and He will turn everything beautiful in His time. You may not fully understand the mechanics of His work. You don’t have to! That is why it is a divine happening.

The Bible rightly advises that you trust the Lord with all your heart and do not lean unto your own understanding. That is to say that you cannot fully comprehend God’s ways. Your responsibility is simply to trust him. Yes, you may not understand the mechanics of His work, but I can assure you it is being done. Everything is working out in the best manner for you and soon you will testify. I bless you today in the name of the Lord.
