DEPLOY YOUR SPIRITUAL WEAPONS (2)

“Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” Ephesians 6:13 (KJV)
There are battles to fight and you need the whole armour of God for them. Your loins are girthed with truth; you wear the breastplate of righteousness, have your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, hold up the shield of faith; wear the helmet of salvation, wield the sword of the Spirit (the word of God) and pray always. Beloved, with this impressive lineup of arsenals at your disposal, you cannot afford to just coast along in life and hope that the devil will go away. No, this is the time to deploy your weapons, stand and fight. This is the time to step out praying all manner of prayers always: pray in tongues, pray the prayer of agreement, intercede, bind and loose. Let your life be soaked in the word and prayer; then you’ll become a terror to the devil. Put on the whole armour of God and fight. Don’t let the enemy pluck out your eyes. There is power in prayers.
Beloved, do you realize that God Himself fashioned the weapons of our warfare? He knows that you live in a world where the enemy is trying to intimidate you and back you up into a corner. He knows that whether you are seeking promotion, money, or political power, it is most of the times in the hands of the uncircumcised. He knows that you have no other power, so He fashioned your weapons of warfare from heaven so that you can take possession of what belongs to you. One of these weapons is prayer. The problem, however, with many Christians today, is that we are busy fighting spiritual battles with carnal weapons. For those of you in business, you must understand that you cannot win in the marketplace fighting with carnal weapons. As a wife, husband, daughter or son, you can’t win that way either. We are wrestling not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, the rulers of darkness in the world, and spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God that you may be able to withstand evil in all forms. Stand in the place of prayer until you see results.
Create time for personal prayer and when the Church calls for fasting and prayers, endeavour to be part of it because there are issues you cannot change on your own. But as we gather together to pray under a corporate anointing, long-standing issues in our lives are sorted out supernaturally.
As you take a step of faith, God will honour your faith and move on your behalf. I bless you. I will hear your testimony.
